[PATCH 6/6] kernel32: Fix GetPrivateProfileSectionNamesA (try 4)

Try 2: Formatting change.
Try 3: Splitted tests/profile.c patch (AJ doesn't like that)
Try 4: Split patches by functions.

Just for note: I don't remove todo_wine at (lines) 286 and 985, because
I don't have errors on them. (Buildbots have, but not my machine. Feel
free to remove them if my patches solve these errors.)
