wininet(1/5): Rename variables for readability

This series of patches is a no-op, it merely renames some variables
and internal member variables for readability.  This isn't a call to
arms for style patches, it's just an attempt to improve wininet a bit.

I would especially appreciate this first patch getting accepted, as I
get cross-eyed staring at lpwhr and lpwhs trying to guess their type
(lpwhy?)
