[PATCH 4/6] winex11: Add support for retrieving multi-rate animated cursor data.

    The attached patch updates the X11 driver to retrieve the
multi-rate animated cursor data (supported starting with patch 3).
This patch also updates the driver to retrieve the number of frames in
the cursor so that the frame list does not need to be reallocated with
each call to DrawIconEx.
