Description:
    The attached patch separates static and animated cursors,
allocating animated cursors as a list of static cursors.  This feature
allows for individual animated frames to be returned by
GetCursorFrameInfo (patch 2) and paves the way for sequence-based
animated cursors (patch 4).  This version has been rebased against the
static versions of the get/release routines.
