[2/3] d3d9: skip the YUV tests when the driver confuses the U and V channels

I'm sure that the nvidia driver confuses the channels and not the test because 
the interpretation of YUV formats renders videos in VLC and other apps 
properly. Furthermore the test works on AMD cards and older nvidia drivers.
