riched20: explicitly cast WPARAM to character types

This makes the use of casts more consistent and shows the conversion
from WPARAM to CHAR/WCHAR is intentional for WM_CHAR/EM_SETPASSWORDCHAR.
Also fixes two MSVC warnings.
