mmdevapi/tests: Fix errors and crashes in various native configurations.

Hi,

I've now split my mmdevapi tests in 3 and solely sending part 1 now.
The IsFormatSupported tests are left out compared to what I submitted last time.

People with various native machines and configurations have
run the tests successfully. One notable exception is that
on one machine, setting a 24bit mixer width in the control panel
results in one test failure (well, maybe not here, rather
than in part 2, the format tests) that I'm ignoring.
