tools: makedep error messages should contain the string 'error:'

widl's error messages are easy to grep out of a log, as they all
contain the string 'error:'.
Same for modern gcc's.
Let's do the same for makedep, to make it easier for external tools
(like buildbot)
to recognize errors and generate intelligent error summaries.
