[PATCH 4/4] hhctrl.ocx: When called as a program, quit when HtmlHelp call fails.

Description:
    Calling hh.exe with an invalid or non-existent file causes the
application to hang.  This patch fixes that issue by checking that
hh.exe's call to HtmlHelp succeeds and bails before the message loop
when it does not.
