ws2_32/tests: Avoid crashing if getservbyname fails

Avoid a windows 8 crash that could also happen in other systems:

sock.c:1602: Test failed: getservbyname could not retrieve information
for domain: 11004
sock.c:1603: this is the last test seen before the exception
sock: unhandled exception c0000005 at 00414995
test failed: crash
