[1/3] [try 2] mapi32: Convert sendmail_extended_mapi to Unicode

This patch temporarily disables the extended MAPI handler for the ANSI 
MAPISendMail routine, to avoid the patch being too unwieldy. This 
functionality is re-enabled in the next patch.
