oleaut32: Fix VectorFromBstr call in VARIANT_CoerceArray.

This patch need for fix VectorFromBstr call in VARIANT_CoerceArray. 
When VectorFromBstr call, variable ps are the source and the destination 
at the same time to convert. Also cast was wrong in this case.
