[PATCH 2/5] hhctrl.ocx: Implement HH_SET_WIN_TYPE (try 7).

The attached patch implements HH_SET_WIN_TYPE, allowing applications
to store properties for a window prior to loading the help file that
corresponds to that window.  This version of the patch has been
updated to split the creation of the temporary structure for storing
Unicode strings in HHInfo into a separate patch (patch 1).
