[PATCH 2/4] mmdevapi/tests: Fix errors and crashes in various native configurations.

Hi,

Last time already I promised to fix the 8 failures on
Francois' machines, but made an error doing so.

I've also included tests that hint that events continue
to be delivered after IAC_Stop.
I'd appreciate if somebody would write timing tests, i.e.
are events always regularly delivered or does it depend
on padding or on state?
