Hi,

Please listen to the XAudio2 test "worst case".
On MacOS, it'll crackle. Here I believe we must too lie about
GetCurrentPadding and use a lead-in so as to force XAudio2 not
to send data too late.
On Linux, it may crackle, depending on CreateTimerQueue behavior,
either continuously, or randomly, or not at all.
