mmdevapi/tests: Check GetService's output parameter. (resend)

Hi,

It's hard to reconstruct from ML archives what happened last October,
so here I'm sending this as a separate patch to see for sure
whether Alexandre wants that kind of test or not.

Resend: The numbering 4/4 confused testbot, the patch is fully
independent on the other 3.
