[2/2] kernel32/tests: DeviceIoControl.IOCTL_DVD_READ_STRUCTURE.DvdPhysicalDescriptor: check output buffer byte order (try 4)

Change since last try:
- moved back to kernel32 per AJ's remark on irc
- runs even if dvd in 2nd... drive
- simplified

Passes on Wine/Linux, Wine/Mac (according to Charles), and Win7.
