po: Remove some invalid shell folder path translations from the Dutch translation. (try2)

I removed the fuzzying of the '&Directories:' translation. Matijn Woudt 
explained to me that in Dutch it is translated by 'Look in:' ('Zoeken 
in:') which actually works in the context of the 'File Open' and 'File 
Save As' dialogs which is where that string appears. Were it to appear 
anywhere else we would be in trouble however (i.e. we'd have to either 
change the translation or add a message context).

So everything that remains is for file names that contain a backslash 
which is not possible.
