po: Update Slovenian translation (try2)

Please ignore the previous patch, futher inspection has shown some other 
problems and to keep the commits self-contained, this is an enhanced resend.

This patch brings the SL translation back to completion and fixes some grammar 
and spelling errors spotted by winepo (mostly trailing whitespace).

It applies to both master and the wine-1.4-rc4 branch.
