richedit: v1.0 richedit uses CR and LF for enter

Debugging a local application which was ending up with 'squares' on the
screen, I came across the cause that the app was expecting \r\n and was
only getting \r back. Further debugging shows that richedit v1 adds cr+lf
when enter is pressed, as the tests show.

Note: Passes on testbot jobs 16507 / 16508
