po: Fix some typography issues in the Japanese translation.

Leaving the extraneous full stops aside for the moment, this patch deals 
with:
 * Line breaks, maybe the most controversial part of this patch.
 * Full stops and colons, adding them (!, ;-) ) where they were missing.
 * A space before a question mark (removed).
