[PATCH 1/2] winmm: Prefer using MMSYSERR_* over mmdevapi's AUDCLNT_E_*.

Hi,

I was fed up with winmm/tests showing mmdevapi error codes.
A change of the underlying service must not change the externally
visible and documented set of return codes, known from e.g.
winmm/tests/wave.c

OTOH, the generic MMSYSERR_ERROR will not disappear entirely.
