[PATCH 4/7] hhctrl.ocx: Convert HH_WINTYPEW to HH_WINTYPEA for HH_GET_WIN_TYPE (try 2).

Like with patch 2, it is necessary to implement converting HH_WINTYPEW
structures to HH_WINTYPEA structures prior to supporting
HH_GET_WIN_TYPE.  With this patch applications using HtmlHelpA will
not crash when HH_GET_WIN_TYPE is implemented in part 5.  This version
has been rebased against a revised patch 2.
