[PATCH 1/1] shell32: Fix FindExecutable search path when a default directory is supplied.

Description:
    When an application specifies a search path in FindExecutable it
is necessary to check both that path and the system paths (see tests).
 This issue was found while researching a bug where the application
BILOG-MG 3 could not find the system-wide notepad.exe because it
specified its own folder as the search path.
