[aclocal.m4] detect mingw32 better on FreeBSD

Changelog:
* detect mingw32 better on FreeBSD, where it doesn't have the
"i[3-6]86-" prefix in its name

This still leads to an "Invalid target specification 'mingw32'" error
in winegcc when doing "make crosstest", but that's for a later patch.
Something similar may be necessary for mingw64.
