comctl32: Update thumb position on WM_MOUSEMOVE instead of deferring it

Fist fix for a problem reported as 
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=28962

Affected application subclasses a trackbar and WM_PAINT never gets to 
control implementation so some control properties are never updated.
