[PATCH 25/25] mciseq: MCI tempo is expressed in beats per minute, not microseconds.

Hi,

I continue using microseconds internally as the spec
mentions that this gives higher accuracy over time.
So only Status tempo and Set Tempo use BPM.

I wonder whether they expect players to count in microseconds internally?
