[9/13] wineconsole and kernel32: set GetLargestConsoleWindowSize based on screen resolution

This patch modifies programs/wineconsole/wineconsole.c.  It adds functionality to obtain the screen resolution of the monitor and save this information to the registry for use in dlls/kernel32/console.c.

Tested on Linux Mint 14 and Mac OS X 10.8 (Mountain Lion).
