comdlg32: Store client GUID with SetClientGuid()

Spotted in some logs, this call is about dialog state persistence 
meaning it's possible to
store per application (not sure how) or per guid dialog state to restore 
it later. MSDN mentions
initial directory as an example of such restored state data.
