[1/4] wininet/tests: Test successive HttpSendRequest calls. (try 4)

try 4 - solved name problem (hopefully) by asking Icedove for forgiveness.
try 3 - send failure - mangled name. Jacek mentioned patches 1-3 looked 
ok otherwise.
try 2 - now test optionally allows INTERNET_STATUS_COOKIE_SENT.

Testbot check fails due to other failing tests.
