[PATCH 2/2] ddraw: Make DirectDrawEnumerateEx report the driver description.

This patch fixes an issue (also mentioned in Bug #34630) where
applications listing the secondary display devices show the same
description for all of the devices (DirectDraw HAL).  By returning the
description from wined3d we can provide users with a more accurate
portrayal of the available devices.
