[PATCH 1/2] ddraw/tests: Ignore broken behavior of D3DTRANSFORM_UNCLIPPED.

On new versions of Windows this test no longer behaves as expected
(clearly somebody at MS introduced a bug).  Spotted while working on
Patch 2.
