[Patch 2/2] winecfg: Reset default button to IDOK if combo box loses focus

This patch resets the default button in the Libraries tab to IDOK if the combo box loses focus.

This is necessary because when a user begins typing, stops and either clicks out of the input box or navigates to another tab, the default button is still IDC_DLLS_ADDDLL. The patch restores the default button to IDOK, allowing the user to press Enter to close winecfg.
