[1/2] shell32: Reset error status on successful SHNotifyCopyFileW

Addresses bug 36838.
After successful file copying, previous error status should be clean and
GetLastError() should return ERROR_SUCCESS. Comments from bug 36838
suggested to do that in SHNotifyCopyFileW().
