[PATCH] ddraw: Add validation and tests for DDBLT_ROP (v2).

This supersedes patch 109955.
Version 2: Clarify the patch subject. Also reorder the DDBLT_ROP and
DDBLT_DEPTHFILL checks. This will avoid some code moves in a later
patch. The tests are unmodified.
The checks in surface.c are inside the mutex lock because another patch
will map DDBLT_ROP(WHITENESS / BLACKNESS) to DDBLT_COLORFILL and
DDBLT_DEPTHFILL and need to access surface data for this purpose.
Putting it there right away avoids code moves later.
Windows returns E_NOTIMPL for fourcc formats. We return the wrong error
value for the wrong reason, but the success / fail distinction works ok
by luck. I'll make the error code check more strict when I map those
operations to color and depth fills.
