[PATCH 5/5] mpr: Set the CONNECT_LOCALDRIVE flag in case a local redirection is made on connection.

New patch in the serie: according to MSDN, WNetUseConnection sets the
CONNECT_LOCALDRIVE (only possible value for now) when a local
redirection is made. So does Wine too with this patch.
