This is a command that manages a cache of .NET exes/dlls compiled to native code. It is in .NET versions 1.1 and 2.0 but not 3.0 or 3.5. I believe that this is not meant to change the behavior of .NET (just make it faster in some cases), so a stub should be fine.<BR>
