80347: [PATCH 1/3] widl: teach widl how to automatically create class factories (resend)

Bernhard says this is spurious, and is because tools/widl/Makefile didn't
regenerated?  It's hard to say, since 'set -x' is commented out in wineslave.sh.
I've uncommented it for now and clicked 'rebuild' so we can
see what's going on.

Also, the error message in the email looked kind of incomplete,
so I added some ld errors to the filter, see

Jeremy, you need to apply that patch to your master.cfg if
you want to see linker error messages in email.
