- dotests.sh's is_simple_test is getting confused, listing directories
without /tests, causing "no such target testclean" failures.
That's on the top of the list to fix.

- had one mysterious hang in mshtml/events.ok on a3850.  Emailed jacek
but didn't file a bug.

- added to blacklist:

- removed from blacklist (Stefan says it might be fixed, and 100 runs agree):

- switched to using a virtual desktop

- moved a few dlls' tests off into their own process/desktop, saving
over a minute.
Cycle time is now under 6 minutes for i7, under 7 minutes for e8400.
(11 minutes on Phenom, of which 5 minutes 30 seconds are test...
should go down a bit once Austin does another svn up.)
