79456: [PATCH 2/2] mmdevapi: Don't use invalid This pointer on static object

Spurious, unrelated to patch, jscript/activex.ok seems to have hung.

I haven't seen jscript/activex.ok hang like this before;
I'll probably wait until it does it one more time before I
blacklist it.

Although if we're constantly getting new tests failing and
hanging, and never seeing the same failure twice,
I'll probably start marking them flaky on the first failure.
