In which way should I integrate the patch. I copied the lines of the 
Mailinglist to a text editor and saved it first. But what are the next 
steps.

Perhaps I know I'm very nerve-racking. But I do not want to do any mistakes 
because I'm very new to wine and a step-by-step-solution would be very 
great.
