wine doesn't work

You have  right it appears to look after a file  libntdll.so which exist in
the librery but it still says that it couldnot find it , se loggs


$ /opt/wine/bin/wine.bin /c/windows/notepad.exe
/opt/wine/bin/wine.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libntdll.so:
cannot load shared object file: No such file or directory

what is wrong ??
I did reinstall itcl and  codeweavers-wine-20010305-1.i386.rpm without any
success.....

I am greatfull for any suggustion.
