Of course it's possible :)

If you code a TAPI32.DLL interface to the new Linux TAPI stuff ;-)
(that's probably how we should do it)

OTOH maybe somebody would help you...

The TAPI stubs I'd already implemented a looong time ago aren't too useful
yet, I'd say.
