Transgamings patch - install

Now I've made it work. It was actually quite simple. I erased everything, 
that had anything to do with Wine, from my harddisk. Then I installed the 
Codeweavers-wine and it worked. Exept for the mouse. When I enter the game 
(Caesar 3) then the cursor (where it is pushing) is pointing about 2 cm 
further up than the cursor-"icon" is showing. As soon as I press the first 
button, the cursor dissaperes completly? Why could that be?
