No, that's definitely NOT true.

Or what do you think they "sell" with their hopefully soon-to-be-started
subscription service ?? ;-)

Yes, they submitted *parts* of their work, and I'm sure they'll continue
to do so, but they definitely won't submit everything until they have reached
a subscription base of several thousand users.

So make sure you subscribe properly :-)
