winecheck error

the winecheck script is actually checking the system.reg file, not the
winedefault.reg file as the output says. i did download a wine-20010418
winedefault.reg file. it did not contain a 'Default Taskbar' entry.

there is a fixme next to this check in winecheck. it appears from the
note that the check for 'Default Taskbar' would change if Wine added it
to the system.reg file.

so is there a config tool to add this line?
