wine.conf and starcraft

To make the keyboard and the mouse work, use the 20010510 release of 
wine.  Anything newer than that has the mouse and keyboard broken for 
full-screen DGA apps.  I'm currently trying to get this news to somebody 
who can hopefully fix it.
