It is never possible to use kernel32 (see documentation/configuring)

It's said that libraries from Win2k are mostly not usable, so you
have better specify everything builtin in the LoadOrder section
of the config file.

Check with -debugmsg +loadorder that you don't use native 
libraries. Their use is the reason for these messages.
