wine and windoze me

afaicr people have gotten media player working under wine.  It looks like
maybe this newer version of mp is trying to use a whole bunch of functions
not implemented in wine right now, I'm not sure if this is what older
version of media player also did or what but it seems odd.  You may want
to search on google news and see if you can find posts about media player
and what was required to get it working, the version of mp used etc.  Or
maybe look in the apps database off of winehq.com.
