Horses for courses - why not Wine 3.11, Wine 95, Wine 98, Wine NT etc.?

It really depends on having people that want to run 16 bit apps working to
develop wines missing/incorrect functionality.  We just need more
developers.  I've been inactive for a while myself, I should get back into
things...
